Why squonking works so well day to day
When you squonk, you squeeze the internal e-liquid bottle to re-saturate the cotton and coil in your RDA. You get the direct flavour of a dripper without having to drip from the top nearly as often. A matching bottom-feeder pin in the RDA is essential, as it lets excess e-liquid flow back into the bottle.
Mechanical mods are for experienced users only
With mechanical squonk mods, there are no electronics to regulate power and no electronic safety net. Battery load is determined by resistance, battery voltage and your coil build, so Ohm’s law, battery safety and clean contacts are essential knowledge. Only use suitable battery cells, and always check your build and insulators before use.
