Don’t worry, charging your KIWI Vapor battery is super easy. You have two simple options: connect it to the KIWI™ Powerbank or use the supplied USB-C cable and adapter. Quickly click the soft-touch button five times and your device will vibrate briefly to let you know charging has started.

How can you check the battery level of your KIWI Vapor device?

Easy: the K-shaped LED on your device gives you the information you need. A white light means everything is fine, while red means the battery is running low.

How do you know when your KIWI Vapor device is fully charged?

That’s just as straightforward. Simply connect the device to the KIWI™ Powerbank and activate charging mode. Once the device is fully charged, the LED stays unchanged and charging does not start.

What should you do if your KIWI Vapor device is not producing vapour?

If there’s an issue, take a look at the contact pins. A little dust is often all it takes to cause the problem. Give them a quick clean and you’re back in business.

How does the product exchange process work?

Simply go to your KIWI account and check the warranty for your KIWI™ Starter Kit. By registering the serial number, you can even extend the warranty. Fill out the RMA form and our team will take care of the rest.

A quick press of the soft-touch button shows you the status. All LEDs light up first, and the remaining ones show you how much power is left.

Can you charge the KIWI™ Powerbank and the KIWI Vapor device at the same time?

Yes, you can. For the best performance, however, we recommend charging the Powerbank first and then the device.

How do you reset the KIWI™ Powerbank?

Plug the charging cable into the Powerbank while the device is connected. Quickly click the soft-touch button 10 times until you feel the first vibration, then click it another 5 times for the second vibration. And voilà, your device is reset.

Can you charge the KIWI™ Powerbank with a compatible charger?

We recommend sticking with the supplied charger to ensure the best vaping experience. Other chargers could be risky.
