Please read our guidelines carefully.

Warranty terms and tips:

1. Unless otherwise stated for the product, the warranty period is 2 years. Wear-and-tear parts such as the atomizer or battery, including battery charge capacity, are excluded from the warranty.

2. A new coil head has already been fitted beforehand to check whether this resolves the issue.

3. For products from Joyetech, Eleaf, Innokin and Wismec, the serial number (printed on the packaging) is always required.

4. Atomizers and coil heads are excluded from the warranty because they are wear-and-tear parts.

5. Issues such as leaking, gurgling, burnt hits or e-liquid spitback are not covered by the warranty, as they can usually be fixed by replacing the coil head (wear-and-tear part) or are caused by incorrect use. For more details, please read the FAQ chapter "Most Common Issues"

6. Rebuildable atomizers are only suitable for experienced vapers or vapers who are prepared to do their own research. Issues such as a leaking tank are not covered by the warranty terms and will not be inspected by us.

7. Please wait until you have received the confirmation email before sending your return.

8. With some mods, atomizers with an extended positive pin can cause a short circuit. However, if other atomizers work with the mod, this is not covered by the warranty.

9. If e-liquid or any other liquid gets into the housing of mods or pod systems, manufacturers classify this as water damage. We appreciate your understanding that this kind of damage is unfortunately not covered by the warranty.

If these guidelines are not followed, processing and return shipping fees will be charged.
