Faults, Repairs & Warranty Terms

If your product isn’t working as it should, please check the user manual first or, where available, watch a YouTube video about your product (there’s one for almost every product).
It’s not unusual for us to receive products reported as faulty, only to find that the battery was inserted the wrong way round or the mod simply hadn’t been switched on.

If you’re having issues with your tank or atomizer, such as leaking, please read our BLOG POST.

If this doesn’t solve the issue, please get in touch with our support team via Contact. They’ll get back to you as quickly as possible to make sure the return process goes smoothly.

We offer the statutory 2-year warranty period on all electronic devices, such as regulated vape mods and chargers.
However, the warranty does not cover wear parts or tanks/atomizers, as these generally only need to be replaced due to user damage or normal wear and tear.

A return may be refused for the following reasons:

    • User damage

User damage is a very broad term with plenty of room for interpretation. For this reason, we want to make it clear that broken glass is never covered by the warranty. If glass appears to break without any external impact, it will already have had tiny cracks from previous knocks. Please be aware that whether you buy an e-cigarette, a phone or a glass table, no retailer or manufacturer can offer a replacement for broken glass.
We would also like to specifically point out that a loose or wobbly 510 connector on a mod falls under user damage, as this only happens when sideways pressure is applied while a tank is screwed on. The same applies to the USB port.
    • Careless handling

This falls under user damage, but we want to mention it separately. If a mod has several scratches or even dents from being dropped, a return is not possible.
    • Loss of battery capacity

It’s completely normal for a battery to lose a little of its maximum capacity with every charge. We would also like to point out that batteries or built-in rechargeable batteries lose capacity faster when charged at too high a current. That’s why we recommend using mods with replaceable batteries and charging them externally with a suitable charger.
    • Coil heads and atomizers (stock coils, RBA, RTA, RDTA)

Coil heads (also known as replacement coils or simply coils) are consumables and inevitably need to be replaced from time to time. The lifespan of coil heads ultimately depends on how they’re used. If you always set the wattage as high as possible or forget to refill your e-liquid, a coil can start smelling burnt after just 1 - 2 days. As for atomizers themselves, provided the atomizer arrived in perfect condition, any defect is always due to user damage (stripped threads, broken glass, etc.).
    • E-liquids

We can’t take back an opened e-liquid just because you don’t like it. We have the largest tasting stations in Switzerland and give you the chance to try our e-liquids in our stores.
    • Seals

O-rings are consumables and can become brittle over time. We therefore recommend moistening the O-rings with a little e-liquid when setting up a new atomizer.
