Price Match Guarantee
We review our prices regularly and adjust them where needed.
With over 10,000 different products, though, it can still happen that another shop offers the same item for less.
If you find a product at a lower price, you can let us know directly on the product page and we’ll adjust the price for you as quickly as possible.
The following conditions must be met for us to approve your request:
- Swiss shop
Our price match guarantee only applies to shops that ship from Switzerland.
- Price including shipping costs
As we offer free shipping, we compare our selling price with the lower selling price including the cheapest available shipping method.
- No promotional or discount prices
We can only adjust the price if it is not a reduced price.
- No auction platforms
We do not compare prices from auction platforms such as Ricardo or eBay, even for Buy It Now offers.
- Only if the product is in stock
Unfortunately, some companies lower the selling price of products when they are out of stock. Some also list a different price for products they have not yet received than the price they will ultimately charge.
