Wick N' Vape specialises in vape cotton and wicking material for e-cigarettes. It’s ideal if you build your own RTA, RDA or RDTA and want precise control over how much cotton you use, how your e-liquid flows and how the wick sits inside the coil.
Why cotton matters in your setup
In a rebuildable atomizer, the cotton carries e-liquid to the heated coil. If the cotton is too loose, e-liquid can leak towards the airflow; if it’s packed too tightly, it can restrict wicking and increase the risk of dry hits.
That’s why consistent cotton strips, neatly trimmed ends and a snug fit that fills the coil without choking it are essential when wicking. After cleaning your coil or switching e-liquids, you can replace the cotton and rebuild your setup with reliable, repeatable results.
Typical uses
- RTA: for tanks where the cotton needs to seal the e-liquid channels while still allowing proper wicking.
- RDA: for drippers when you change cotton often or test different e-liquids.
- RDTA: for setups where the wicks need to carry e-liquid reliably from the tank section to the coil.

When choosing cotton, think about your coil diameter, the size of the e-liquid channels and the viscosity of your e-liquid. These three factors determine how much material you thread through the coil and how short you trim the ends.
