Which E-Cigarette Is Right for You?

Which starter kit is right for you?
At Dampfi, we’re happy to stand behind every starter kit we stock, so there really is no wrong choice. We only sell carefully selected, high-quality and, above all, GENUINE products because we know from our own experience how important it is—especially when you’re just switching away from cigarettes—that your vape device works reliably and doesn’t let you down.
That brings me straight to a question I hear a lot and that definitely needs clearing up:
Why do some starter kits include two e-cigarettes?
“So I can just give one of the e-cigarettes away…”
NO! Especially if you’ve only recently quit smoking, it’s VERY IMPORTANT that you ALWAYS have an e-cigarette ready to go. When the battery is empty, it has to recharge before you can vape again. And if you leave one of your two e-cigs at work, it can be really hard to wait until the next working day without lighting up a regular cigarette instead. That’s why we recommend ordering an extra battery even with starter kits that only include one.
Our brands:
Probably the best-known e-cigarette brand is Joyetech. The products are very high quality, but they are also a little more expensive. It’s not just the initial purchase price: consumables such as coil heads cost around 50% more than with other manufacturers. Another thing I’m not so keen on with Joyetech is compatibility with other products: the eCom model is only compatible with eCom batteries and eCom atomizers. All other Joyetech products, however, are also compatible with other batteries and atomizers.
Kangertech went from newcomer to front-runner in no time. Kangertech products offer excellent value for money, and I personally highly recommend them as beginner devices.
Now to the real question: “Which e-cigarette is the right one?”
For a starter kit, I personally recommend the Kangertech EVOD, EMOW or EMUS, because they’re very straightforward and work reliably without fuss. If those devices are too big for you and you’d rather buy an e-cigarette that looks like a regular cigarette, you can also go for the Joyetech eRoll, the Innokin Lily or the eLuv. The downside of a small device like the eRoll is simply that the battery is empty after around 40 puffs and then has to be recharged. If you used to smoke more than one pack a day, I definitely recommend choosing a larger model such as the EVOD, EMOW, eGo-CC or eCom.
If the throat hit feels too harsh and you prefer a nice, smooth vape, the eCom is the right model for you.
In summary:
All-rounders: Kangertech EVOD / Kangertech EMOW / Kangertech EMUS / Joyetech Ego CC / Joyetech eCom
Cigarette-style look, but with less power: Joyetech eRoll / Joyetech eCab / eLuv
Bling-bling style: Innokin Lily
