OXVA presents us with the Arbiter RTA its version of a Dual-Coil RTA, it is the first RTA from this manufacturer. The Arbiter RTA is a dual-coil self-wrapping atomizer with a diameter of 28 mm, with the bubble glass you get a diameter of 31 mm. The filling volume is correspondingly generous for this size, with the bubble glass you get 6ml of Liquid, with the straight glass it is still 4ml of Liquid that can take this RTA. The Arbiter RTA is filled via a top filling, which is easy to open with a ¼ turn, thanks to the elevations / corrugations on the TopCap.

What stands out is the top-mounted airflow, the air is guided inside under the Coils. The result is that the atomizer does not leak and thus forgives small mistakes when winding (as far as the wadding laying is concerned), as long as this stands upright. Where we have already arrived at the topic of winding. The winding deck is very simple, you just have to make sure that the coils do not touch each other. The wadding can be easily inserted into the wadding pocket and then simply hang in the Liquids. The airflow is easy to adjust and offers a pleasant DL vapor experience. The 810 DripTip, which is interchangeable, rounds out the vapor experience. If you're looking for a dual-coil RTA, the OXVA Arbiter RTA is a great option. For a first time vaper, this RTA is very accomplished and a good choice.
