In the 70 ml bottle, there are 40 ml of liquid in a balanced 50/50 PG/VG ratio. You fill the remaining 30 ml with three 10 ml shots, either nicotine-free, with freebase nicotine, or with nicotine salt. Then close the bottle tightly and shake vigorously until everything is well mixed.
