Beginner mistake – help, my battery isn’t working!
One of the most common beginner mistakes with vape batteries is – you guessed it, forgetting the five-click lock. So your battery arrives safe and sound, you charge it up, screw on the tank with excitement and... nothing happens!
In most cases, the five-click lock has simply been overlooked! But what exactly is the five-click lock, and what is it for?
The idea is simple – it stops batteries from firing by themselves in your pocket. The five-click cut-off also helps prevent children from tampering with the battery.
So if your new battery isn’t working, don’t panic: take a breath and press the button on the charged battery five times in quick succession! That’s it! You can, of course, use the same method to switch the battery off again.
